"I love this place! I can call and pay my bill anytime over the phone and Im always met with courtesy and kindness. These days most places dont do that, or they will push you to pay online. Even worse they will charge you an over the phone fee. Also they call and remind you about your bill before youre just left uninsured. "When I moved and changed agents my mistake was not going to see them in person. Over the years all I did was make the payments on time and many times a one time payment for the time of the policy. However, when I experienced an auto accident and was having a lot of issues with State Farm claims, I asked to speak with Isabel, but she was never around. In fact in all the years I was here, I never spoke or met her. The last straw was when the agent told me on a Friday that Isabel was not in, but that I will get a call in the afternoon as soon as she gets in. The call never came through. In fact, since they had caller ID they stop answering my calls. I eventually sent an email to Isabel using her website and got a reply the next day. In the mean time after this horrible experience, I changed agents. All I asked was that you actually earn the commission of the money I am paying."
